Part of the agreement at the end of the Mexican-American war when Cali,az,nm, became part of the union was that families would be able to freely travel between the two. Granted we generally forget obligations such as that, I think that is the only thing they could sue over.

If this is the case, lets take Mexico to court for all its dirty citizens and violent cartels bringing drugs and violence into the US. We can sue them for defamation of character of the United States, endangerment of our citizens, and a whole slew of other crimes.

They do work hard, I used to work in construction alongside them. I wont deny that at all.
But they work under the table and don't pay taxes to contribute to the free health care and education that the rest of their family is partaking in.
Granted, part of the problem is the American companies trying to cut costs by hiring them. But the illegal workers know what they are doing..they know it isn't fair to everyone else. They come here because its extremely easy to Exploit our system. Not because they wish to contribute to the United States because they are thankful for the opportunities it provides to its citizens.

And besides, how do you get on unemployment in the first place? By holding a job, and paying your taxes, and paying into your unemployment.
