no idea who he is. (other than slightly over emotional.)

i do know he speaks the truth though.

its not your marriage. it doesnt affect your marriage. it doesnt affect you at all. get the fuck over it and allow gays to marry. why is it such an issue for you?

What about the will of the voting public?

            Why even have elections?

            Remember Prop 187 in California?

Why anyone would think a judge overturning an election and subverting the will of the people is beyond me.

All this means is that government has imposed their will on the public and strong-armed them.

I personally don't care if two Homo's get married.

I do care that the government can overturn the results of an election and call it justice, and how the media will complicity go along with it.

Remember when Olberbann went ballistic on Bush because the site of 9-11 didn't have a memorial built on it five years after the attack?

Yet Olbermann is in complete support of Obama and of having a Mosque built in the former shadow of the Twin Towers.

To sum it up, I fully agree that there are very few people that are bigger pieces of shit than Olbermann.

              Perhaps Bill Maher.

Thankfully this is overturned on appeals right now.

Amen again, right on the money. The people of California spoke and to have one judge overrule the will of the people is not well received. I stand with the Supreme Court on this issue, it is up to the states to decide.

isnt that what this country is founded on?

and fyi, the voting public split the vote closer than most car's weight distribution. it doesnt matter though. its a moot point. minorities must be protected from discriminatory majorities.

For some reason, I can't embedd the YouTube vid of Olbermann ranting against Bush for not having a memorial in place 5 years after 9-11, but here is the URL:

Yet Olbermann fully supports Obama's decision of support to build a Mosque in the shadow of the former Twin Towers.

                          That's not the point.

                          What about Prop 187?

Why even have elections if the loser is going to judge shop and have the will of the people overturned?

Or demand numerous recounts until they get a favorable count and then attempt to declare victory?

look, i openly admit to hating islam. but i absolutely agree with their right to buy land, and build whatever they want on it. its called america. its our laws.

do i think its pretty ballsy and disrespectful and generally not a good idea. and really just done to further polarize america and see what they can get away with? yes, i do. do i think they are assholes? yes, i dod.

do i think they are within their legal right to do this?

                            yes, i do.

                            /otrant

they really shouldnt have a vote for this. imo. too much of the majority is squashing the minority. this is where the government is supposed to come into play. and i guess they did. but whoooaaa, not for long! LETS LYNCH THOSE NIGG-I MEAN FAGS.

its always some minority getting persecuted.

not overturned, it is on stay till December. what a bunch of pussies if you ask me. Politics as usual, Mid terms election in early november, let put this controversy on the back burner till December.

I'll wager the front bias of an Audi that voters in favor of Prop 8 were themselves minorities.
