Not really. A lot of hard rights would have issues with my personal morality. Where we differ is that I don't think it's the Government's, or any other man's job to tell me how and where to walk, live, think, breath, ect. Where legislation is the use of man to mandate morality, I do not concur. I feel it's a gross abuse of power and while many of my personal views may in fact better those around me, it's for them to come to, not me to make them accept. See the difference?

Those in question? They are liberals, progressives and over all Socialist in ideaology. Where they stray in bad territory, no, dangerous territory is that they feel they can gain power through making everyone equal while exempting themselves of course. It's no different than nearly any great tragedy or drama. Bad man want's to control and dominate those around him. He does so by telling them they need him. Now multiply this by how many people in office operate. Outright disclosure on general things such as bills, legislation and law's being passed is a blatant disregard for it's intended targets.

I cannot villafy, but I cannot condone the actions of the current administration and believe truly that their actions are dangerous, malevolent and bent on a destroying ideaology in the name of "well being, equality".

My personal beliefs have little to do with my political. I would love everything to be free, people to prosper and everyone to be happy with who, what they are and do. But that's not reality. We can bemoan our reality, but it does not change it in the slightest.

Truth is, think what you want. But I challange you to test errant emotions and thoughts to the basis of reality. Not as you want to see it, but honestly seek the truth of the matter. This embrace of universalism that we all find our "own truth" is a crack pot ideal that doesn't really exist. For who is to say that Dahmer was wrong if he found truth in hacking women to pieces? That it violates their own given rights and "truth"? That's only a matter of side. I emplore you to then grow a pair and declare the truth boldly after finding it. Humanity is flawed, people are corrupt and our Government is not what it should be. The Constitution is not an outdated document but a manifesto of freedom. Let's not get mired in the grey area that frankly, does not matter. Find the core spirit of this ideal and see where you end up in life. Start keeping yourself in line and stop worrying about everyone else, maybe.

Bah, they exist on all sides. MSNBC is as big or bigger of a joke than 90% of what is on Fox.

commentary framed in the context of humor is no less valid than any other kind of commentary- the fact that colbert doesn't present his message in the SRSBZNS format you're used to hearing from rupert murdoch's lackeys doesn't mean there isn't any content.

I don't get it. Why is FOX News amusing? They don't make jokes. The precedent that Colbert sets is actually less than the democrat controlled congress which is hard to do. Hey did you hear Pelosi has the same approval rating of BP. I'd love to know what its like to be a liberal.
