Because if you want to use the "size" definition of biggest, a few helicopters and NAVY seals special team is not a "larger" effort than tens of thousands of troops, billions in equipment, etc.

The other definitions of biggest all go back to "important."

I agree, I believe that he is dead. I understand what you are saying, if they release photos that most of the people that don't believe it will still not believe. However, being a person that believes that he is dead I wish they would just be up front with us. Like the birther issue. I believe that Obama was born in the USA, but I lost a lot of respect for him because he let the issue drag on for so long. Why didn't he just release the certificate right at the beginning? Like you said those that felt it was fake would have probably still felt that way, but someone like me who is a little wishy-washy about Obama I would have gained some respect for the guy. I feel the same thing applies to the Osama photo issue. That is just my $.02

There is no reason for the photo to remain classified as the operation wasn't covert, since it was publicly acknowledged.

You all must have forgotten that after the two saddam sons were killed, they released photos/video, even after saddam was captured and hanged they released the videos of it. And one more thing, remember that guy who was head of Al quida in Iraq (forgotten his name), when they dropped two 200pound on him, and still dug him out to toke pictures of him and released it. There aren't any conspiracy lingering in the air about the validity of the claim of these events, you know why, cause they announced and released the evidence right their and their end of story, and we've all moved on.
Obama is his own worst enemy, he is not a smart decision maker. It goes back to the birth certificate issue, like someone here said above, he should have released and silenced everybody two years ago when the Clintons first asked for it during the primary (yea you're surprised the demo were the first birthers.) He dragged it for this long. And if he thinks he's going put it out towards the election, am not gonna buy that, then people are now really going see him as what he really is, a fraud.
