Agreed. So many of the articles on that map are downright disturbing. Seems like the officers are never actually found guilty, regardless of the evidence. Fucked up. Every man should be held accountable for his actions, I don't care if he's a distinguished officer or not.

So many remind me of the movie Training Day, power and corruption. Give someone the means to take advantage of their power and they usually will.

Friend of mine that lives way up in northern Potter county (PA) had his cousin shot and killed by the Sheriffs dept swat team last spring because he walked down the street with a AK from his house to his Gmas house like 4 houses down.

What the hell they do just fire on him before telling him to put the gun down?


I feel like the more anti police sentiment (even supposed) builds up in this country the more the cops (including the crooked ones) will naturally feel threatened over anything. It's like this circular pattern. Do we need another national big story like Rodney King's to curtail their power or will it only make it worse?

No from what I understand he was a little bit of an odd duck. Not dangerous just and odd ball. and refused to come outta the house so swat went in and shot him. My buddy left out the part where he did shoot in the direction of the state police from inside.

I honestly doubt any of these men are going to walk away with any shame or guilt. Haven't you heard? Cops are heartless.

Plus, with 8+ Swat, and 71 shots fired, I'm sure they are playing the blame game..."It's wasn't me!"

I'd like to see these officers striped of their uniform, gun, etc. Given a mop and an occupation as the local highschool janitor. They need to get off their high fucking horses and become a part of society.

I honestly read in the newspaper about shit like this every day.

New one today: A Novato cop pulled a gun on an unarmed patron at a local restaraunt. They bumped into eachother while going to the bathroom, the cop thought it was an ex convict he previously arrested, pulled a gun to an innocent mans head and started yelling at him to get down right infront of the mans wife and kids.

...No punishment, no repercussion. Could you imagine having that happen because some waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles made a mistake?

Instead of always naming buildings and freeways to the fallen pigs that get shot by assholes, how about naming a freeway or something to the fucking innocent citizens they cant stop from killing for fucks sake? This happens ALL the time here in L.A. Thats insulting that ONLY the killed pigs get memorial namings of things. I guess regular citizens (and this one from the armed forces at that) lives arent worth as much as the trigger happy officers of the nation.

Yeah cops need to be more careful.

They should face punishment, ESPECIALLY the cop who misfired. Being fired or removed from swat is all they will do.

The family should be taken care of, yes, at taxpayer expense.

Imagine waking up to a bunch of noise and yelling in your house.

For me, I'm on my feet with a baseball bat in 5 seconds, heart pounding, ready to fuck some shit up.

So youre scared shitless and ready to fight and a cop bursts in the door and shoots at you. Then a barrage of shots go off. You're worrying about your wife and kids. You get shot in the stomach and hands. Unbelievable pain. You slowly die with no one but your wife to comfort you.

I'd have a hard time not sending her away so she didn't have to watch me die. Considering I wouldn't want to die alone.

Everyone should pray for him and his family. Religious or not, it helps.

These shoes brand new are $120. So at "half their life" as you describe them (which they are not) that would place their value at around $65. In which you paid. I didn't ship them, my brother did. I'm not sure why you're so unsatisfied with them, they are in perfect condition and brand new purchased at the Nike outlet in vacaville. Take it up with them for their poor condition? Being a self proclaimed "eBay" and "Nike" expert, you should know this. You seem to be one of "those" eBay people-[nuts] and I'd rather not deal with you, your negativity or foul language anymore.

The add clearly says no refunds, I'm sorry you're not satisfied with them.
