You have absolutely no concept of liability, do you?

I'm sure it's your superior intelligence that leads to you complaining about not getting decent jobs.

No you halfwit, that's why there is a lawsuit. The majority were seemingly having it their way regardless of what the minority wanted so they're taking it to court so both sides can argue their case.

So by your logic screw all safety regulations, as people who suffer are bound to hurt themselves anyway out of stupidity. MM'kay

Was there a safety regulation in this case? There was a recommendation no safety regulation. If an employee violates a real safety regulation, should the company get in trouble for it? The answer is always no.

Without a doubt they'll argue it using the constitution though, and there is precedent for them in this case. Enough so that it will earn it's time in court.

this is all I have to say about it, Along with the fact that I think its disgusting what these people are up too. Its a symbol of comfort to for about 75% of the people that live in this country, and given the circumstances surrounding it I think its more than appropriate to be in the Museum or where ever the hell its being displayed (old news by the way.

The atheists are right though on one thing; its fucking ugly.

How do the Jews and Muslims feel about this, they should join the lawsuit. This memorial isn't a church, its a memorial in a pretty heavily populated area of other religions. The cross shouldn't be there. Personally, don't care about it and am already sick of the 9/11 shit on tv.

This is both sad and hilarious at the same time. I shall sue for the fact that they don't love the cross and everything it stands for. That shall make them believe what I say!
