Man I give up with the news here in AUS. Everything think I see and read seems to be blown out of proportion. The media here makes it like he raped a few girls.

Which is clearly not the case. This lady wants and apology so she can then sell her story cos she knows she wont win in court.

Oh the media here also ephasized that Herman has been married 3 times!

A second woman — Karen Kraushaar, a communications official at the Treasury Department – has come forward to identify herself as a woman who says she was sexually harassed by Herman Cain.

Kraushaar was one of the two women originally mentioned in a POLITICO story that appeared Oct. 30. Kraushaar and another employee of the National Restaurant Association had complained about Cain’s behavior to colleagues and senior officials at the NRA, and both women left the trade group with a cash settlement. Kraushaar received about $45,000.

Right because some women like to profit from the fact this country has gone too far to protect women's innocent ears from anything sexual at the work place. Even if it may not have been directed at them.

One might be asking themselves why Ms. Bialek was fired from the National Restaurant Association. After all, being fired, quite unlike simply being laid off, is a serious issue with serious ramifications; since leaving the Restuarant Association, Ms. Bialek has been unable to maintain regular employment. So why was this woman let go? Why has it seemingly affected her ability to remain employed for so long?

Perhaps it might have something to do with the reason she was fired from the National Restaurant Association in the first place…

FILING FALSE CLAIMS OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT

“She was fired from her job, and her boyfriend suggested she contact Cain in hopes he could help her find employment.”.

In this particular incident she was fired for falsely accusing her boss of sexual harassment, a charge denied by co-workers, as well as being pretty much a pain in the ass to work with.

“I remember her as a time-waster, and rabble-rouser. If she didn’t get her way she cried about sexual harassment”. A former co-worker, a female no less, emailed me. “She was trouble with a capital “T”. The fact that she waited 13 years and never said a word not even during Cain’s earlier forays into politics. She only now magically appears because Cain is leading in some polls and proving a threat to Barack Obama?

                  From bad to worse
Kraushaar’s attorney also revealed that he was in touch Wednesday morning with the outside counsel for the restaurant association about having them formally free his client from the non-disclosure language included in her 1999 settlement so that she can describe her allegations against Cain. Bennett said he did not “anticipate any problem” with them doing so because the trade group indicated in their statement last Friday on Kraushaar’s case that they were amenable to waiving that portion of the settlement.

“My hope and expectation is that essentially she’ll read the multi-page written complaint that she filed in 1999, which is very specific,” said Bennett, reiterating that there were “multiple incidents on multiple occasions on more than one day.”

I would have to agree with Joshh. These cases happened many years ago, why have they waited so long to come out about it. I would assume that these incidents were not serious at all, and this is just some girls trying to get some money.

Problem as stated before women's sexual harrasment rights have been completely blown out of the water. I perfectly good example is, if I was to ask a fellow co-worker out because I liked her, she can file a sexual harrasment suit against me. WTF I might as well just raped her would not have cost me as much and I could claim insanity.

                      She's a Federal Employee

and actually a registered republican. As an employee, you dont want your name mentioned for obvious reasons especially as she approaches retirement. She's 55.

Way too many chicks for all this to be a coincidence at this point.

She came out because her name was publically released.

At this point only hardcore conspiracy theorists still hold on.

Yeah, Cain is history. All that's left is for Chris Hansen to run a sting.

I'd bet Obama is hoping somehow Cain slips into the race but very unlikely.

And even if this was some conspiracy, how exactly would they be doing this?

They would have to hack in the HR files and pull records of anyone associated with Cain. Then they would have to track them down. Like people didn't change home addresses in 12-13 years ago. And then after they find these people, they would have to try to entice them to lie and be humiliated in public and taint their jobs etc. These people (some of which are married now with kids) would conferred with their husbands and get permission to be dragged through the mud.

But I suspect the predator theory is just to simple and easy.

These women need to take a polygraph.

                          quoted for truth

funny when paula jones and others, with backup, accused clinton publicly of sexual harassment and the press could not give a shit.
and when clarence thomas, and now herman cain dare to stick their heads up and wander off the democrat plantation it is big news.

and the democrats and the lame street press cannot figure out why their progressive agenda is losing support

                          LOL

Read the latest U.S. and world news, politics, entertainment, lifestyle and opinion pieces from HuffPost’s trusted team of journalists.

WASHINGTON — Three years after Karen Kraushaar settled her sexual harassment complaint against Herman Cain and quit the trade association where they worked, she filed another complaint at her new job. She argued that supervisors there unfairly denied her request to work from home after a car accident and accused one of them of circulating a sexually oriented email, The Associated Press has learned.

Kraushaar, 55, says she later dropped the complaint that she filed while working as a spokeswoman at the Immigration and Naturalization Service in late 2002 or early 2003 and left the agency to take a job at the Treasury Department. She says she considered the immigration service complaint "relatively minor."
Kraushaar now works as a spokeswoman in the office of the Treasury Department's inspector general for tax administration.

So number two is also a trouble maker.....and look where she works.

And this was her sexual email complaint...
The complaint also cited as objectionable an email that a manager had circulated comparing computers to men and women, a former supervisor said. The complaint contended that the email, based on humor widely circulated on the Internet, was sexually explicit, according to the supervisor, who did not have a copy of the email. The joke circulated online lists reasons men and women are like computers, including that men are because "in order to get their attention, you have to turn them on." Women are like computers, it says, because "even your smallest mistakes are stored in long-term memory for later retrieval."
Typical...it wasn't even directed at her either.

I'm surprised you guys are ignoring the horrifically racist remarks about "aggressive black sexuality" against "blonde haired white women"

Way to turn it into more race baiting, instead of sex/political scandal.

How exactly again does the Left claim, with a straight face, that it's the right that's racist?
