Once the house tries to (I think they did last night) hold Holder in contempt of Congress, the President uses executive privilege?

If he knew nothing about it, his office had no communications or didn't "OK" the project................how does Executive Privlege apply?

well wouldn't it at the very least be reasonable to expect holder to determine who in fact was responsible for Fast and Furious, something he has been unable or unwilling to provide documents and information on so far?

that cnn article is misleading. the documents handed over so far have been heavily redacted, and Rep Issa is not satisfied with them.

the political angle plays both ways- the prez knows he would be hurt by revelation of the truth.

the justice dept launched an internal investigation 18 months ago to determine who is responsible for F&F. 18 months. how long does it take to walk down the aisles at justice and follow a chain of command? i could get to the bottom of this in one afternoon.
