It is a tragic event and a definite display of a complete lack of humanity, but we shouldn't be so quick to retaliate with hate and accusation as to bring down mankind further. Those quick to make gun control or rights statements on the day of are in poor taste and selfish. We should be coming together, not dividing and fighting, or pointing fingers.

My brother has a tuning shop in Danbury, which is right next to Newtown. So crazy how something like this can happen so close to home. We live in a sick fucking country where stuff like this can happen to KIDS. R.I.P. to all those who died.

Taking away guns won't solve anything, and it's impossible to identify people before they commit a crime. So with the recent string of high profile mass killings and more inevitably to come, I think we will start seeing legislation mandating TSA like security in schools and many other places.
