what was TM doing that was so suspicious that warranted a call to 911? Was he looking into peoples windows to see if they were home? Was he looking over peoples fences or checking for open windows, etc that would suggest he was getting ready to rob a home? What was TM doing that was illegal, prior to the altercation? We only have one persons word, the one who shot and killed. Bias opinion?

was out loitering by the mail boxes for 5-10 mins in the dark, according to his phone calls to girlfriend. A lot of recent break ins, so people in the area where advised to call for any suspicious activity. Also supported by the lady who called and had the help, help, shot fired on the phone call. Plus just starting to run, out of no where. Yes he called before he ran but that would extend the situation of suspicion.
When someone sits across the road at my house, smoking a cig on the fire hydrant watching me work on my cars, I feel that is suspicious.
And why didn't he just run home? I've had multiple times when younger where people would follow me in their cars and I would just run home.

Absolutely NOTHING you said showed that Zimmerman was racist. You said it would be hard to argue that he wasn't, I am asking you to argue that he was. This should be easy. You should be able to produce a quote, a prejudicial action in his history based on race, something.

I will keep asking the same thing, show that he was racist. I never made the statement that Martin was a criminal that night so I have no "burden of proof" to show why I would brand him as such.

So, just a question I haven't heard or seen a response to...

We know, for a fact, proven via witness testimony, and police collected evidence at the scene of the event...(I don't say crime, because it has been found a justified event of self-defense) that Trayvon Martin had a cellular telephone in his possession at the time of the event...

So, If Trayvon Martin wasn't potentially doing anything illegal, why didn't he call 911 to report the "suspicious individual" to Police instead of telling his booty call that a "creepy ass cracka" was following him.

I can say, for a fact, from personal experience, the only times I wasn't apt to call 911 to report a potential crime was when I was committing, or had just potentially committed a crime.

Everyone wants to look at the surface, but there are a lot of underlying things going down that didn't get media attention.

Zimmerman is a murderer. Whether or not he did it cause he's racist or a dumbfuck shouldn't really matter. He was told not to follow, he should have listened and let the police handle the rest. If the kid was planning to commit some sort of crime, some one following would have probably deterred him. Would have been end of story.

Think of what you would tell your child to do in a similar situation, if some creep was following him/her. It would probably go something like this, run.. getaway.. if they catch you, fight back and get away.. only now because of the outcome of this case you have to add, fight'em until you kill him, because at this point they now have the right to kill you and getaway with it.

Furthermore, Zimmerman was a Neighborhood watch person, not judge, jury and executioner.
