Second amendment-BASED. Laws BASED on the second amendment.

    BASED.

I said nothing about touching the second amendment.

You can control gun ownership without infringing on one's ability to protect themselves from the King of England.

    Idiots.

If you want to help the avian world, restrict/outlaw cat ownership.

Oh, yes. Football is gay. I'll go further than Farbin and say if I was Czar of the US, I would outlaw all professional sports. Go get a job or pick up trash along the road. This is the machine age, why don't we celebrate cerebral accomplishments the way we do physical ones?

They're all law abiding until they shoot-up a school or blow their wives heads off. Then the victim(s) are really fucking infringed upon.

I have a gun and I agree with you, but you can't argue that there should be a one size fits all second amendment-based policy for ownership.

    Laugh.

Again, same coin: your desire for looser regulation and standards encroaches on the same thing for me.

Too much is bad, too little is bad.

well my "conservatism" is not trying to encroach on your rights to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness, as much as your coastal progressivism is trying to encroach on mine

BTW just because you initiate a conversation and get a response does not mean you played the "simpletons".
Cletus, we are two sides of the same coin.

Your backwoods conservatism reeks of the same moral superiority as my coastal progressivism.

The only difference is that I recognize that and don't take myself too seriously.

I'm going back to reading my New Yorker and drinking my coffee.

LOL, I sound the exact same way when talking about professional sports players and the fat junkie burnout "fans" that have no other life than playing Fantasy Football. The difference is a football fan will be able to provide you only with bean dip if the food distribution system were to collapse.
