He was a fucking lawyer, playing the protections of free speech and religion to anger the largest cross sections of society he could, knowing people would snap, and physically respond from the anger of the shock that someone or some group would stand behind these ideas. They then would use their legal backgrounds to sue and win, and put NDA's and gag orders on everything so the mass public doesn't know their angle.

They aren't even religious, it's all a fucking sham for money.
