because it is something to be striving for! what happens is people who "dwell on the past" and cant move forward get scared because some crusty old white guys are not in every position of power. then pass laws that make it harder for any other race to be elected by making college stupidly expensive so most are not able to get any form of higher education. any other form of social disruption works too (drug war). im not saying that everyone needs to be paid the exact same and we must all share cars comrade!!! just everyone needs to have the same doors be able to be open for them to take advantage of.Comment

And could you please explain what a private, for profit, institution would gain by keeping minorities out? And also could you explain how everyone can have the same amount of doors open for them, when not everyone exists in the same social circle, is born with the same skillset, same IQ, and same financial class?Comment

DACA gave immigrants who were brought to the United States before they were 16 some legal status so they are not deported, though far less than a path to citizenship than some in the immigrant-rights community had sought.
The group of children are known as Dreamers. There were a number of other requirements to participate in the DACA program, such as a high school diploma or the equivalent or an honorable discharge from the U.S. armed forces. To be eligible, the individuals could not be a threat to public safety or be convicted of a significant misdemeanor or any felony. They were also required to seek employment documents.
The issue you should be concerned about is state's rights, which were essentially trampled. Maybe that's what you mean, but, as usual, it is difficult to follow your bluster.
