Which considering the foolish spending every politician is accountable for, simply means your govt is now functioning with 2% less resources and well get less accomplished. But hey, he's promised to abolish Obamacare though so that's great right?!

Sure tax savings are nice, but this notion that it automatically means success is downright fuckin stupid. I'd rather see them go up 2% but have 4% worth of improvements.

It's difficult to quantify how much is enough. You have some who think all taxation is theft, but most rational people accept a certain amount is necessary for a society to flourish. I'd like to see what exactly those tax savings resulted in. Were funds allocated more efficiently, or were cuts simply made and now you get less for less? I like my money to stay mine too, but I also like driving on roads, educating kids and not paying half a million for a major operation.
