So if there is anyway you can get a picture of the diff and did you just use two extra spider gears out of another 325ix diff? Thanks man.
I don't have pictures at the moment. I do have to take the diff apart for resealing (leaks oil now ). I could take few pics then if I have my phone around. :D

Yes, I took 2 extra gears from another diff (or I have bought few sets from BMW too). Don't know exactly which gears are in this diff now. :D This is the 8th diff for this car and 4th (or 5th) with two extra gears. You do have to cut the parts of the housing from another diff and you also have to make piece in the center that holds extra shafts..

Diff has to be welded together.. that's not very easy to do, because of the material..

It may have slipped once with 5th gear. Not 100% sure, but felt like something slipped for a half a second... In that quartermile pull, no slipping at all. One tough clutch :D

Edit. By the way. Use Luk disc that doesn't have springs (e36 328/m3 etc).. I'm 100% sure that disc with springs will slip when the springs hit bottom.
Yeah, i was thinking of using the sachs performance organic non sprung disk, hopefully its even better than the Luk :) Its like 3x the price so i hope its better atleast haha :P

Thanks for the info! Cant wait for more vids of your car :D

Not using a pucked clutch to try to save the drivetrain? Or is the sachs 765 that much of a monster that it clamps with the organic either way?

He's using a Luk 328 E36 non sprung organic disc if I'm not mistaken.
I tried a Sachs performance organic unsprung disc and with the 765 and it works great for my 900Nm.
              No sinter disc needed :)

We both rev pretty high and have the power some what high in the rev range, that sure helps too I think.

1.864 60foot. Get that down to 1.6 and thats easily another 0.4 sec on the top end....With traction easily a low 9 second car...but will the front diff survive more traction?
