I'll admit the ending is weak and rather pointless. It's not what I had hoped for.

Starting off with snow in March, I was picturing finishing it with green grass, leaves on the trees, and tulips in full bloom dowtown in Ottawa's Tulip Festival. But after nearly two miserable weeks of solid rain and grey skies I got bored with the project.

It was frustrating splicing shots together from one day to the next because I had to try to drive at the same speed each day in the same lane for any kind of continuity from one shot to the next.

The traffic gets worse as I get closer to downtown. So it's next to impossible to ever get a clear shot without bumper-to-bumper stop-and-go traffic, or even find a single suitable shot to splice in where I didn't have to stop at a traffic light.

So on the first day of sunshine showing green grass and daffodils, I called it quits and said good enough call it done.

@dannyb: Next time maybe I'll try to finish it off with me getting arrested by the RCMP for doing smoky driftos and donuts under the Peace Tower on Parliament Hill. Or maybe not...
