Have you ever really heard a Jacked big block V8?

definately....I have a 67 camaro, before I got my bmw, i was a firm believer of no replacement for displacement....so I'm big into the hot rod scene. my family also has a 500 hp 454 in our Jet boat, which has open headers (into the water), but when started outside it scares people. I think that is creeping into the "jacked big block v8s" also, I've been around many 700+ hp cars...including a 74 camaro that has about 1400 hp (drag car, was on pinks).

Don't quite understand the purpose of your comment.

Yeah, open headers sounded way better than i expected...but its not all stitched up with a cat/catback. Sounds good still.
