I was recently at Sebring International Raceway in hot-n-sunny Sebring, Florida, where a sun-and-father dynamic-duo dream-team, customers and friends of mine, Mike and Mike Clifford graciously invited me into pit lane with the race-team they work with, where they both imparted a vast amount of knowledge onto me about classic purpose-built race cars. The history was fascinating and it was even more fun to see these cars get used for their purpose.
There were GT3, TransAm, a few different classic car groups, and classic TransAm cars (I'm sure I missed a few from the lineup).
I should note that I have no idea what I'm doing with my D3200. My only two decent zoom lenses are manual focus, so a lot of what I got didn't turn out quite right. I brought along my condenser microphone as well and got some loud videos that I'll work on editing and uploading later.
