Just curious if anyone else on r3v is attending. It will be my first track day and I'm super excited. I plan on taking my soon to be finished 24v e30. If you look up the event on the nj cca website, you will see it is only $125 for first time students. Figured I can't go wrong and I'd be dumb to not jump on the oppertunity.

For those that are going, is anybody attending the special tech session in morristown, nj tonight? It will be at Shade Tree Garage if I'm not mistaken.

that's our plan :) in addition to the low price we have additional classroom instruction as well as skidpad for the noobs.

I did not see that 1st time price is this for all events ? They are having one this weekend at summit point I didn't sign up for because I did not want to pay $300+

no this is a special price for this event. the event this weekend is at the shenandoah circuit at summit pt.

Kish, is this only an intro event for students, or is there open track time available? I'm not familiar with CCA rules/regs, do they have some kind of time trial or open track events? How is the sign-off process in comparison to NASA, etc...? I don't have a passenger seat and don't feel like installing a race seat/harness/etc... to match the drivers side (I'm assuming CCA rules require that).
