Put more miles on the s50 swap. Get a tune (just ordered), finish up the final details of the swap.

        For the E30:
        • finish up Accusump install
        • order new R-compounds
        • new Lemforder control arms
        • new M3 C.A. bushings
        • tighten up the shift linkage
        • replace broken Cibie Euro-code headlight
        • figure out why the hazard lights don't work
        • figure out why the antenna doesn't work

All of the above will be done by Turk and Levent at Guten Parts :nice:

First event on May 10th at Calabogie.

The M3 only needs an oil change and a seasonal inspection. I will probably fit the newer version of the front Rallye kit instead of the prototype I currently drive for a year.

Will also weld the solid subframe mounts and some urethane trailing arm bushings.
Brake harder. Go faster. No shit.

First autox is few weeks away, looks like I'll have to miss it.

            Still need to do pads/calipers/fluid.
Get rid of h&r sports and install gc coils/camber plates.

Install engine, run wiring, fit front brakes, steering rack, windows, and gauges, mount tires, setup suspension.

Oh and our season started a month ago.

                        Tie Rods
                        P/S Delete
                        New Diffsonline 3.46LSD
                        Brake Backing Plates
New Rotors & HP+ Pads up Front w/ brass guide pins
                        BW Shim Kit
New Bridgestone RE01R 235/40/17 on 17x8 Borbet Type Es

                        Need to still do:

                        Exhaust redone (Single 2.5" setup)
                        S50 Cams installed
Oil Pressure distribution block for Oil Pressure & Temp Gauges
                        Brake ducts and hoses
                        Wheel Studs
                        Rear Rotors & Pads
Finish mounting Recaro SPD & SRD
Mess with shift linkage (bend shifter so as to not interfer with the console)
                        Install brake check valve
                        Change oil & brake fluid
Clean up wiring (mount relays and diagnostic port)
Get ABS working (rewire passenger sensor, get power to Pin 20 on C101)
                        Corner weighted

Probably a few things on both lists I'm forgetting, have until April 9th which is at LRP.

not much that *needs* to be done.. just replace my front SS lines (I had the E36 lines, they're too long), bleed/flush, and do a valve adjustment.

of course I also want to replace the HG, rebuild my konis, and do an M42 rad swap, but those aren't needs. :p

This will be the first season in 5 years that I won't be tracking my E30 :(.
But, I'm very excited to see how this porsche thing works out :).

                              Still have to:
                              replace VC gaskets
                              Bleed brakes
Roll front fenders to fit 18x10
                              adjust ride height/corner weight/alignment
                              mount battery, reroute cable
                              re-do seat mounts
try to buff the scratches out of the plastic windows

                              long term:
                              pare down crazy wiring harness
                              paint inside/out
                              full cage

Spent some more time tonight in my adventures in bondo . . . hoping to get that repair done by the weekend. Before I go to bed, I am going to tear into the wiring diagrams in the troubleshooting manual so I can prepare for diving into the window issue.

Mechanically, the car is now good to go.

Instructing at Street Survival weekend after next and I'll take the car out then.
