Motors pulled apart, Marc Williams at MW performance is going through it. Everything looked good, new rod/mains bearings going in.....piston rings be here shortly.

Plasma..... Searched E30 brake coolers, said to myself, yup, I can do that....just ripped off, I mean, used other designs as an example. TIG welded 3" exhaust tubing.

Motor should be ready in a week-ish or so, Marc Williams at MWPerformance said everything looked really good, going with new rod, main bearings and new piston rings, water pump, timing belt and a BimmerHeads "I" head......will be getting some other goodies from KAMotors, injectors, oil filter relocation kit etc.....ready to get this thing together.

On the plane, headed to Colorado again.....Pikes Peak, here I come..... Let's see if I can get a better time than in June...... Maybe less traffic this time.....Hoping for a decent rental.....

Have some nice pics of Pikes Peak.....will post this weekend. Had the opportunity to make a couple runs Saturday morning....very cloudy in town, once above the clouds, simply beautiful....about the 5th person on the summit.......
