      who's got experience with the Spec stage 2 setup? I'm leaning toward that due to the reasonable price ($350 ish). I'd like to hear any input.

        The turbo guys love the spec stage 3, never heard of anyone who used the stage 2.

          Not a fan of spec,

          But you're on the right track with the M3 plate. It's diaphram spring is about 20% stiffer (about midway between the bite of what you have now and a stg1 clutchmasters plate) and has an extra side strap. Many suppliers have been using it in lieu of the "sports plate".

          for the disk I'd recommend a 6-puck w/ sprung center (without knowing your shifting habits). This'll last a lot longer than what you're running now.
