Looks more like what he's done is some extensive research and once the resources come together for him, he'll have a well thought out and planned kick ass car.

But really... Where do you get off capping on people?
i disagree.. even in engineering don't you build trial models, pilots? certainly in software engineering the new methodologies are to start simple and refactor/add functionality iteratively. I think a similar approach bodes well in driving. No amount of drawing board work will account for plunking your butt down and driving. That's not to say there is no value to research or data analysis, but it has to be in context of the experiential data learned by the driver. This is why pro teams have test drivers after all.

I'll grant you all of that...I was trying to make a point...;)

(I don't know why bother though)

kinda scary that's his stance. what if that is the method for his bars? design and no testing afterwards.

actually, he has tested cheesy competitors but I've seen no mention of doing the same tests of "his" bars with the same procedure.

Someonehas very obviously never made use of a tailors' skills.

Bobby, go buy a suit from somewhere other than Mens Warehouse.

Let's take another DS car for example, ITR.

Do you really think an E30 would stand a chance against Integra Type-R that are both prepped to the level of the rules? Or a WRX?
That is definitely true, but I am under the assumption that DSP is the same way. Maybe not to the same level, but the e30 certainly isn't the most competitive car in DSP, at least to my knowledge.

BTW I have never had an issue keeping up with other cars in my class, at least in my region. There is one ITR, as well as a few WRXs, an R32, and a modded CTS who I can regularly contend with. Granted, there is a possibility (well, probability) that the drivers of these cars could use some more practice.
