Does the member info need to take up that much space? As long as I can read the name and location quicky (I don't care how many lines it takes, as long as the actual thread post area is as big as possible) I'm perfectly happy.
*EDIT: Nevermind. It still depends thread to thread. Did both suggestions and some threads still have two different left margin sizes.

I didn't think that much of the old layout but its light years better than this. If you decide to stick to this layout, can you make the layout user-selectable so I can still use the old layout?
EDIT: Also, there needs to be a lot more contrast between links and visited links, but I think that goes along with the poor color scheme.
Its running vbulletin instead of craphpbb or whatever it was before so i'm fairly confident you won't be able to select the old layout anymore.
