Personally, i think you should make the forum width's dynamic. Theres usually a wealth of information into one post, and if you cram it within like 700 pixels, it will just feel less spaced out.

For the site, it'd be fine - but I think the forum should fill the whole screen like the current one does (if you catch my drift).

I would stick with one font, and use it. To continually change seems like you couldn't decide on one.

Sean - I mentioned this to Devon as well - he said something about different screen resolutions or something. I don't remember - that's why I don't design websites :) Anyways, the rotating banner makes me squeal like a pig Devon - you've got to incorporate it. The pics you chose are great, and the banner....mmm.

I'd definately have the pictures of the top banner things change, that'd be nice to have. However, I think you should find a good font, and stick with it.
