Plenty of guys in that area of the northbay. You're bound to hook up with at least one of them on the way down. Any one have idea's on a drive that we could do? Or is every one sold on just the meet and greet/pictures idea?

hmm, i never tried to get the permit, i usually just meet every1 there. i THINK we would be cool without a permit, there wont be 100 cars with vendor booths, so it isnt really an event...

Someone needs to confirm where and when this is happening so that everyone can plan on being there. If it's not planned out now, everyone will just flake out.

I am probably working the 31st, so depending on what time the meet is and how long everyone's there, I'll have to meet up with everyone later in the evening if anything is still happening at that time.

I think it is safe to say that SoCal peeps are flaking because I am the only SoCal guy who is down to go and no one else wants to go except my car is not working well right now, so I will end up not going either and will have to re-sched. Apparently, I didn't make enough commission to fix my car on-time; effin' economy... fuuuh

Yeah, it's like a 6 hour trek back, and it looks like I'm going to be having 12 solid hours of work and class every weekday this summer. Sunday no good unless we get there Saturday night.

Is Santa Cruz cool with sleeping on the beach?

yes. me and my buddies did it a couple of weeks ago.
only on certain ones though.

I am going for sure. if it is only nor cal guys we should just do santa cruz. there is tons of e30's out there already. we could do a bon fire, smores, and pics and whatever there. that is the place to do it. but t-island works for me too.
