yeah its a cool track to play racing games on but salinas isnt that nice of an area IMO

Exactly, nothing we can do for a track day or anything. If we had an e30 meet there, it should be for a large sanctioned event of some sort, like superbikes or something. Not just as a stop for people to gather. Not the right place..

Well Yan has some high hopes. I'm too broke to afford a track day anyway. I say lets do the meet where it's normally held on the last Friday of July.

it'd be the same as meeting at the regular Friday spot, and the Norcal people wouldn't have to drive all the way to Salinas

ok well I found out how my schedule is going to work out. if we do the meet on a Friday, what time would it start? I know getting time off for work wouldnt be a problem but being back in time for my football game is what im worried about.

So what time on Friday? I would be taking thursday and Friday off and driving up thursday. if the meet is at night then i might be pulling an all nighter to get back and still have time to get some sleep for my game.
