sometimes it isn't about making money. sometimes someone needs to restore order in a business and have it run correctly, legitimately, and legally. sounds to me like you could have had a class action lawsuit on that. in all seriousness, it isn't about the money, at least for me anyways, employers should be following the law and not screwing over their employees. however, i do agree, in today's society, too many people are abusing the system and it's just not fair. our country wasn't brought up and created like that so that people can abuse the system. although, corporations know the laws, yet they try anyway possible to get around it until something is brought up in court, where they only get a slap on the wrist, pay up some cash, and try to do it another way. just my .02.

Not getting paid overtime for 85hr/week is kind of ridiculous.
I'd stir up some shit for that. It's labor law and I'd think you deserve it.

i've had to sue someone before, but only because I was completely screwed over and backed into a hole. It should never be about making money.

And honestly, I was 17 and happy with the hours. The work wasn't usually strenuous and I was getting paid to drive.

Robert, please don't do it.Your car is very clean and worth keeping. I can promise you that you'll regret it, I've been there. Not only that, you're never going to get 7k for it. I don't mean to be a dick (you know I love you) but it's true. I got 6k for my 4 door and is was MUCH more modded.

Lots of people for some reason think a turbo consists of only: turbo, manifold, pipes/cooler, tune, and yay power! But that's never the case. Ever.

This one dude with a red early model cheaped out on a CXr kit, installed it himself, retarded the timing with a chip, and blew the HG in about a month with around 7psi iirc. Instead of paying AGAIN to do it right, he lost his ass and sold the car "as is".

If you're going to turbo, BE PREPARED.

24v is where I believe you can haggle/cheap out with benefit with parts since it consists of basic things to buy after you get the actual motor. Turbo just makes more power, has a different power curve, and can be cheaper if you have a car to start with already.. not selling and buying a new one.

IDK, maybe I'm babbling too much, but I don't think you should sell your car with the intent of having denero to "build" something. It's a really clean car.
Abby hit the nail on the head with this reply, agree 110%.

You really can't cheap out on a 24v swap either though, if you do a good job and it's not a clapped out R3V style pile of shit. Not only that it's absolutely not worth swapping an M50 in so you'll need to man up and buy an S50/S52 which is rare to find cheaply.
