dean's list at CC. that doesn't mean shit for first tier schools. personally, i love UCSD. the campus is beautiful, it's really climbing in prestige, and you can find parties if you know where to look; not on campus.

well of course. although i should be on president's list this year as long as everything goes well. and i'm not sure where you heard that from but after talking to several councelors, they have all said that deans especially president's list looks fantastic on transcripts.

That's cool and all, but you're talking caltech here. Unless you invented something with a patent, good luck.

Also, take CC counselor advice with a grain of salt. 9/10 pretend they know what they're doing but actually lead you astray. Go meet with an admissions counselor at your school of choice.
