i would love to swap an s54 into the e30 but after reading a few things about the difficulty with the electrical i feel like i wouldnt want to deal with the hassle.

Not for the faint of heart. Even integrating the S54 electronics into a non-M chassis isn't that easy.

on e85 riiiight, hell even on pump was ridiculous for that one lil stint I drove it. Imagine with a 3.46 on it how nice it would run...
