                  you can take the rear end for a 5 lug swap, the transmission is a 5 speed for packaging, the engine uses less electronics then a normal s54. If I recall correctly it still uses a hydraulic power steering as opposed to electric. Little things here and there that would add up probably.

                      The engine electronics are what I was curious about specifically, but yeah, it'd make a nice parts car.
