    Silly q, but do you need the heater core in order to have AC?

      from my basic understand of car HVAC, nope. Totally different loops. One flows engine coolant to get warmth, the other flows with refrigerant for cooling.

          no, heater core is solely for heat. ac is a whole other contraption.

            Just got my E36 M3 back from Castros. He did a bunch of shit to it that I either couldn't do or didn't want to do.

              Nice. I'm looking to sell/trade my e30 for an e36 AW 4 door M3. Still very undecided though. Love the e30. Don't know what to do :(

                            no problem. i prefer my e36 as a dd, it's just far more comfortable to drive in, more practical and economical.

                              Fffffffffffff. I was putting back on the sensor for the oil pan and the washer fell inside and got stuck. Do u guys think I should just pull some oil through and attempt to drain it out or take the pan off again? Only problem is that I already used that gasket sealer stuff so I might need to go buy a new oil pan gasket.
