Figured out the OBC Temp sensor pigtail located outside of the car is a perfect fit and works for me. E34 corner side-markers work also.

That looks like your run of the mill m20. I've seen worse if it makes you feel better.

My 200k m10 isn't that bad. It's pretty discolored though
