Rear bumper trim smashed up on the corner. Driver side mirror and assembly smashed up.
Thats it. Nothing too major as far as body damage.
I found plasti-dipped hubcap pieces, put them together and i found out it was a VW.
Idiot driving a Jetta with black spray painted hubcaps left the scene had parked his car down the street because it was inoperable.
I found it and told the cops on my way into work. 17 year old kid texting going to school. Said he was going to come back and leave a note.

at least you were able to find him. i'd get a price list and have him buy the parts for you.
