              If the car wasn't low then you would not need a skid plate.

                          Full TC Klein setup. Sure it handled well, but Everything else about an e36 is just bleh to me.

                              Don't know about IE3s but 40k miles of driving my e30 on H&R races like a rental car has not left one scratch on my oil pan. 500 miles of stupid low on the vert left a couple small scratches on the oil pan and a shit ton of paint on the frame rails and control arms from speed bumps.

                                ive never cracked an oilpan. past 3 e30s have been on 2 coils cut pros ( broke the drain plug... ) Vert wasnt all that low ( b&g ) and now im lowtech 50/60mm no pads and just a few scrapes on the pan. Fingers crossed
