There is this foam stuff that works really well I have to find it on my laptop at home and link it for you.

I have a foam agent that didn't work so well.
Point me in the right direction lol

I covered the main electrical components and my cone filter with a plastic bag and then a rag and then used degreaser and scrubbed the tough areas and then power washed it. i also did the underside of the car since it has 20+ years of grime. then polished the engine bay. my m20 looked brand new afterwards.

mask off the fuse box and afm, leave the car running...Ive done this plenty of times and have yet to have any issues.

For the fan clutch , get some vice grips clamp them down on the water pump pully at the base. Get some adjustable pliers and get that bitch off. The longest it should take to remove a fan w/clutch is 2mins. If you cant get that off . . . well gl

How so? My bro was thinking of getting one but have heard good and bad things.

Fitment is not great, the headlights on mine can not be centered with the grill headlight openings, the top portion that clips to the engine bay is not complete compared to the authentic one. The authentic one has a piece that sits on top of the bay keeping the grill up, also the kopi does not form to the bay, making it impossible to clip the portion closest to the kidneys, while the other 2 clip areas are still quite far away to the bay. Also mine had quite a few imperfections in the grill area.

BTW replaced my blacked out kidneys for chromies. I am much happier, as it fits with my chrome window trim much better.

Reelizmpro was selling a pair for pretty cheap. Ayman has one and is looking to buy a mate. Perhaps buy Barry's and sell ayman your spare if its the one he needs.
