Exactly. Although the speed limit on the road is 50mph. The max California speed is 65mph. Going in on Friday and requesting for the ticket to be dismissed.

I think what it means is prior to you stopping he is estimating you were going 70...but didnt get you on radar until 43

True... when I asked him why I was being pulled over he said I was going 20mph over in which I replied, "Was I? I don't believe so." There is not enough evidence in this situation that says I was speeding anyways, but we'll see what the outcome is on Friday.
