So OBD-I cars will get OBD-II testing? And I'm pretty sure it's illegal for the state to manage a franchise. Needless to say these new regulations are bullshit.

negative. everything past 96 is obd II. they are just going to check obd II for cars 00 and on. everything else gets the same old smog check.

Its an awesome fan and its pretty quiet.

Its ok. Its pretty loud. The final dimensions on printed parts are pretty accurate. I've been printing in ABS mostly but a lot of people prefer PLA. The ABS is hard to get working properly because it wants to lift off the glass. I'm having mixed results with kapton tape. I'm going to make some ABS juice tonight and see how that goes. You can probably build one for $400 if you get your own rods and have someone print you the parts. Buy a knock off arduino from ebay.

Also anyone is free to join the CSULB maker build series. Its $500 through them for everything.

It was probably in the system prior to your ownership for whatever reason.
Is the car salvage or did the DMV tell you anything abnormal when trying to register it?

Pretty sure you will loose, and did you actually read the posts, only cars 2000 and newer get straight OBD-II testing, OBD-I still need to do normal smog
