federal 595's. they grip well and and very reasonably priced.

So technically if I want to upgrade to a bigger tire from my 195's, 205 federal would be too much? I hate 195

But Nigel, I want to make it shorter. If I cut at the connector, what's to point?

Just get a universal 02 for $30 or so, then just splice it up and shrink wrap it.

You cut off the connector, cut out all the extra slack, then solder and shrink wrap the connector back on. Or if you buy new pins the just solder and insert.

I'm not quite sure which, unless it's obvious with a little searching (I'm in class on my phone)

Late model is 3 wire right? I might have them mixed up.
Mind if I use it to diagnose a problem I'm having good sir? I was just about ready to go to Vatozone and buy a '90 5.0 Mustang one after class.
