Nigel, your taking it to the next level with that printer. We need to talk about that and your powder coating setup. Hopefully I will here back from my buddy soon on the rims. I called him and he was busy so had not gotten a chance to check on the measurements yet.

I was considering offering 3D printing services for those who want to verify fitment etc with out the costly expense on CNC time. I was thinking something more reasonable like $15 an hour.

What are you 12? The best partying I did was when I was 16-19 years old.

This from a guy that would get a 12 pack every day. Now if I can just quit smoking cigs I would have a lot more money to spend on the cars.

Thats not too bad at all, cept I know most things take all night, but still you gotta make some moneys some how

Unfortunately lower end machines need babysitting or else you can end up with a big pile of goo. I could charge less for PLA parts cause they are pretty much fault proof but then your left with an inferior final product if its going to be exposed to heat. Also from what i've seen ABS and be wet sanded and polished up nicely. So far the longest thing i've printed is the bixenon brackets which take close to 4 hours each.

Travis, Tee's look great! Do I need to order one size larger than normal to account for shrinkage. Maybe my belly is just getting bigger but all my tee's seem to be on the tight side once I wash them a couple of times.

thanks a lot jim! they are gildan tees, so i imagine they only very slightly shrink. they are a good name and are already preshrunk. if you want i can post up the dimensions. by the way, i'm sending you that email shortly!
