It's not cps because it's giving strong fuel and spark. The timing is on, air/fuel/spark check, but it cranks a little too easily for my liking. I think matt may have a point because it doesn't sound like it's building up enough compression.

Make sure you muffler bearings are in good condition & top off you headlight fluid while you under the hood.
