I never would have thought I'd buy a Hyundai, but I purchased a 2013 Genesis Coupe 2.0t R Spec and it's such an awesome car. I was in the market for a BRZ before test driving the Hyundai. Better everyday driver than the BRZ in my humble opinion.

Those are very nice looking cars. There's one by my house that's dumped on some rims and I always have to do a double take. Looks awesome and it's not too common either. All the other Import sports cars are so common and all over the place but the Genesis isn't. Asian automakers are stepping their game up to catch up to the big dogs BMW/Mercedes/Porsche. Just have to get passed the Hyundai badge. What do they go for ?

On another note, after years of owning an air compressor. I finally got it setup to properly use my air tools. I couldn't get enough power out of them. I thought my compressor wasn't putting out enough pressure but it turns out it was a volume problem. My 1/4" ID 50ft hose was too narrow and too long. A new 3/8" 25ft hose solved my problem. I can't believe I waited this long to figure it out...lol. Truth is, my electric impacts worked well for me in the past but on stuff like axle nuts and bolts, air tools would have them a breeze.

Manual? If so I hoped they fixed the TOB problem the 2012 models had

Of course I got a manual!;) And the tranny is silent when I idle in neutral. I mean I payed 27k for a car with a full leather interior, the 19" rims with summer tires and brembos, that's just 2k over the base model price.

The quality of the interior is untouchable for the price, and under the hood is a nicely packed engine with plenty of room to reach around when service is needed. The power is great at 274 hp and also the mpg is excellent at 31mpg highway.

Just don't expect them to offer $10k for an 18 year old 200k BMW. You're not going to get dollar-to-dollar for your receipts.

They paid us $45, the 454 Chevy truck drank $25 in gas, and we had $20 left over for lunch. LOL

:drink:A toast to Brian's white 325is, another one that will never return.

                            Cheers,

Damn I wanted to get on that OC Grinder Car.... Especially since my car is up in the air.
