Buy a new o2 sensor please... It's a wear/maintenance item.

As previously stated-it is a new plug/sensor. It's my 325e's body wire that i need to switch with a 325i's one. May just be forced to make a trip to the yard for this little piece. I sure hope i can get it out with the motor still in- looks like its between the body and the heat shielding within the tunnel.

Got a parking ticket last night. "No overnight parking 2-5am" No signs posted anywhere. Is it worth fighting???

Yeah. My sister goes to CSUF right where you live and got the same ticket parking in a neighborhood while in class. No signs. She took pictures and stuff and won.

Always fight it, that's your money you are giving away. Look up the code regarding street signs and distance from a spot then take pictures showing any signs there are outside of that distance.

well shiieeeeeeet I work this weekend :( anyone around here regularly meet up or go to the lower key local meets?

There is a monthly meet in San Marcos (see California section) and they are planning a drive to Palomar Mountain. As far as I know, that's about it other than the Cars and Coffee in Carlsbad and a Euro meet in Temecula which are both not BMW specific.

Why not just use the correct sensor instead of hacking up the harness?

Who said hacked up harness? Im running an i harness on my 327 i. Car was originally an e, thus why i dont have the correct o2 wire attatched to the body lol

Shouldnt the o2 sensor switch to an i sensor when you convert the the 327 thus plugging directly into your i harness
