I've found that it really helps if the clutch fan is out of the way since you'll have more room to work.

easy, cut out the old one and run an m50 cps over the top

So I go to replace the crank sensor (after I replaced the camshaft sensor and no change) and it appears someone has either replaced or tampered with the crank sensor before because the damn Hex head screw is rounded out inside! I can't catch a break! Gonna try and get a set if vice grips on it I guess

No luck with the vice grips.. i'm about to just say the hell with it and take it a shop. surgery tomorrow so i'll be doneski for a couple weeks... this is annoying.

keep trying, vice grips will work if you smack them right
