It appears that BMW NA does not have any of the oil pumps but do not list them as NLA. There are folks out there that will rebuild the pump if you have time for that and if those parts are available. I am not sure about independent vendors availability for a new pump. I did check with my other vendor and they do not have them in stock either. The M3 guys are having the same problem with the S14 oil pump and have gotten theirs rebuilt by Robert who use to own E30 Motorwerks in Orange County and is now working out of his home.

            2 questions:

#1 How much should it cost to powdercoat a 24v Valvecover (not a plastic one) ??
#2 Know any good places that can do it?

I had both my intake and cover powdercoated for $60 at a shop in Gardena/Carson called Montano's. From the outside the building looks shady, but just walk in through the gate and find someone to talk to in the back. The price reflects the solid paint they had in stock; upgrade to sparkly paint costs more $. I had them sandblast+coat it blue, then I did the black stripes by hand.

They need to be replaced because those guys don't want to risk fuckin' breaking them. Amateurs.

i wanted to buy a lifetime alignment but they made it a big deal that they don't want to mess with lowered cars so i don't look into to them anymore.

The firestone in westchester will align my car as long as I can get it on the rack. They even asked how much camber I wanted last time.

The firestone in manhattan won't even touch my car.
