I really wasn't intending to stand up for any shop in particular. I was just making a general statement about E30 owners and their relationships with shops. But that is bullshit if that's how you were treated. I agree! Customer service is EVERYTHING. I don't blame you for making the call of not going back. I think others that have had issues should speak up too BUT they should try to work out their issue with Chris beforehand if there is one.
And of course there's TreyTech! No overhead and always wonderful. 8)
