450 front and 600 rear is probably the most you want to go for DD/spirited driving with stock swaps and such.
H&R race is 315/570 and is what spec/most people use without complaint yet is track proven. So you can base yourself off that.
Don't listen to the 18 year olds who say 600/900 is fine lol
agreed, I'm on spec e30 suspension and it's more than enough for daily duties.
