ill most likely try this with o-rings. What i tried to do was fill it in with putty and set in the screw before it would completely harden. The problem i had was finding a screw that was both long enough and short enough so that the corner of the spoiler would not stick up from it being to long and also long enough for me to be able to screw it with a washer. In other words i had a lot of trouble finding the proper screw. This didn't work because the screw was not long enough so i almost had to set it just enough for the base to stick and in the end it was not strong enough so when i tighten'd the screw it pretty much pop'ed it out of the putty

Then i got some o-rings that were the same size in diameter as your nub there in the pic,and stacked them up.Then i used here we go J/B weld and filled it as high as the other ones so they were even in height. I took the screw that i was going to be using and put it in before the j/b weld got to sit and harden and left it there to completely dry and screwed it all the way down in. Then when it was dry i cut out the o-rings off and shaved down the extra debre And WALA and it worked to hold it down. Now do you have more than one like that or only one? Because if you have more than one stick to the 3M bodyshop type tape then.]
