I bought the lemfoerder cabs from bma I think. Basically I received oem units in a different box with the rondells ground off.

For one thing, they weren't installed correctly. In the first wheel well pic, that brass washer that's right under the bushing should have been over it.

Also, I think M3 RSMs just aren't that great. I put some on my E46 sedan when I installed KW V2s and the same thing happened, except the bushing pushed up through the mount instead of pulling down through the bottom. At least when that happens it doesn't tear the undercoating. :/

Oh, and the funny thing is that both times, the bushings weren't even torn. They just popped out. o_O

hhhmmm because its time for me to do my rsm's (when i get the extra cash) and i was thinking of going e46 m3, or just normal e46 convertable ones. So m3 rsm's not recommended?

Might be alright for lighter cars like E30s, but I'm not going back to them again. I like the Meyle HD ones that I have on the sedan now.

yeah i just figured that e46 would be the best price for something that would last longer since they are ment for heavier cars

Why not get the solid rubber RSMs. They are supposed to have a lifetime warranty and don't cost much.
