                        Someone teach me how to know what spring rates i should order from GC on their coil-over kit. LOL

                        is 525 Front and 700 Rear good for a 318is ?

                                Depends on how stiff you want want your car to be, I know some people run 650 750 rates and as low as 500 600. Is it a DD or AutoX champ? or you don't care about ride quality :rofl:

                                        those spring rates sound alright. definitely depends on how stiff you want it and what purpose its going to have.

                                            new suspension pics. raised car up about 2 inches for dd use, when big meets come around, ill be lower than i was. :)



                                            rear headrests fill interior amazingly too!



                                            and got a new cai setup going!

                                                    Retarded stiff for DD and a 318.
                                                    Accompanied by good shocks, those are "track racing" rates or "so slammed I don't wanna bottom out" rates.

                                                    450 front and 600 rear is probably the most you want to go for DD/spirited driving with stock swaps and such.

                                                    H&R race is 315/570 and is what spec/most people use without complaint yet is track proven. So you can base yourself off that.

                                                    Don't listen to the 18 year olds who say 600/900 is fine lol
